Only stayed 1 night but this was perfect for my needs, close to main ferry arrivals from Sicily, 2 suburban train stations, and even a do-able walk from Reggio central station.
Staff were friendly and helpful, accommodating my lack of Italian. The room was comfortable and everything worked perfectly. Highly recommended.

Amazing views and great breakfast.
We stayed in the older section and the rooms are not up to date.
Room had ants on the desk, we could not get our room switched to a different section, only offer the room next door.
Air conditioning smelled moldy.
We stayed there during a wedding which was a bad idea. Loud music went late into the night along with fireworks.
Entrance is very steep, difficult to get in and out of the resort.
Overall, it could be amazing, but too many issues, even ran out of toilet paper and was tough to get more.
Overall was not a great stay.
