I actually loved the hospitality being honest. I didn’t see not one out of place face on the staff . Area is quite . Walk to arena was 15 minutes flat . Felt safe. 5 stars Highly recommend

Beautiful room. Every part of the room was my favorite. Customer service was amazing as well.

Nice hotel about 20 mins walking from all the old San Juan. The staff were nice too. The room was spacious and cold. It was on the second floor and we had a small outdoor patio with chairs I think that was neat. The room has a small kitchen area if your going to stay longer and a couch and a queen bed.

The breakfast was hearty and delicious. Location is just a 10 minute walk from the beach and the supermarket across the street has a great buffet. We ate dinner there several times. We had a little trouble with the TV connecting. Plus there is a fee if you want to check in early or late.

The grounds are beautiful. The staff was amazing. We’ve been to Puerto Rico numerous times and this is easily the nicest hotel we’ve stayed at. Highly recommend.
