Italy vacation; stayed a few days in Rimini at the Astoria Suite Hotel. Great staff, Front Desk, Bar, Restaurant, Housekeeping, everyone were super helpful and friendly. Great hotel near beach (literally a 1/2 block walk). Close to everything. If we find our way back to Rimini, we will be staying at the Astoria Suite Hotel. Thanks

Clean and Tidy with Balcony views of sea. Staff very pleasant. I would visit again.
Some points to note;
Internet is very slow.
Bottles of water in Fridge are not free and does not mention a price anywhere like other Hotels. No other items present in Fridge to be a mini bar. Bit of a shock checking out and getting a bill..
Evening restaurant is only open Peak Season.

Lovely location. Air conditioning was pretty non existent. The front desk tried resetting it but not didn't seem to do much.
The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful.
One further issue - the Expedia entry suggests use of a gym nearby, this actually refers to an outdoor gym/set of equipment on the beach.

"We stayed for one night on our way to the ferry at Ancona, the area is crammed with holidaymakers , loud bars , and traffic, avoid if seeking peaxxe and quiet.Hotel clean and basic , staff helpful and friendly, close to the beach, breakfast adequate ."
