The place is convenient to subway station.Hotel is very clean. Staffs were friendly and polite. Breakfast is great so much choices.

Close to the subway station, good service but did not receive any VIP treatment

The hotel is amazing, and for the most part the staff were great. We stayed with a baby and requested a crib, but they said all they had was bed railings. But then on our last night we did get a crib so I guess they just didn’t have one available? Also they don’t allow any inflatables for babies in the pools. Food was great, the groceria was affordable and delicious. Buffet was very pricey which was a little surprising but the quality is there. Obviously the chefs table and Michelin star Chinese restaurant were the pricing you would expect. Overall we loved the hotel, and the view from the rooms was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Suite needs for remodeling but main builing is excellent. I like the area surrounded by mountains. Excellent hotel to stay.

Close proximy to Lotte Mall and Shinsegae. Metro station at yr doorstep.

Do not like to shower in bathtub

it's very convenient to go everywhere. Best choice to stay and travel in Seoul.

The hotel location is very convinient. Hotel room is clean and the staffs are very friendly and helpful
