Very disappointing we paid for 5 people over two rooms. We arrived and they gave us two double beds and told us a double bed can hold 3 people when noted this was not appropriate we need a cot bed for the child they wanted £50x

Perfect for our needs!
"If only all hotels were like this! Madeline and Parita at reception went out of their way to provide us with a room which fitted our needs (thank you again!). Service was impeccable and the hotel was convenient for the airport. We all loved the mall which was accessible by a walkway from the hotel. ..."
