Only had a stay cation for 1 night but staff was very helpful with infant amenities. They provided a bathtub with various soaps and a crib for my 8 month old to sleep in. Overall very pleasant stay. 10/10 would come again.

Lovely hotel with great pool area. Worth noting that we were required to upgrade our reservation in order to receive an early check in, which we were fine with. Also, some confusion as to whether the pool could be used post check out (we were told both yes and no). Other than that, the rooms were really comfortable and very quiet, the pool area was great and the breakfast had a huge selection. A great place for a short Singapore stopover.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I rated my stay a 5 – Extremely Good. Shangri‑La Singapore is a truly exceptional property with warm, attentive service from the moment you arrive. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and my daughter absolutely loved it — it really made the stay special for our family. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Singapore.

Fantastic view across Marina Bay

Whilst slightly away from the centre of town, it is a great facility, the staff are really helpful and it is close to two MRT stations and the bus. Would definitely stay again.
