Hotel location is great, however, rooms are very noisy till late at night. Also rooms are super small and fridge and snacks are in the bathroom, which is pretty weird. Generally it was ok but more of a 4-star than a 5 -star hotel.

Room was dated and had a hard to understand air conditioning thermostat. Staff was amazing and very professional from housekeepers to front desk.

Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of assistance from the front desk and management, particularly their refusal to accommodate a to-go breakfast for our early departure. However, I do want to commend the security guard, who went above and beyond his duties to help us when the rest of the staff would not.
