We had the most incredible stay at One&Only Royal Mirage! Everything was absolutely amazing from start to finish, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a more special experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are immaculate, the facilities are fantastic, and the attention to detail throughout the entire property is exceptional. What really made our stay unforgettable, however, was the staff. Every single member of the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had the most wonderful time. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the genuine kindness, warmth and outstanding hospitality made us feel incredibly special. We stayed to celebrate a special occasion, and the team made the entire experience even more memorable than we could have imagined. A huge thank you to everyone at One&Only Royal Mirage for making our holiday so special. We genuinely cannot fault a single thing and are already looking forward to returning. We would highly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone visiting Dubai!

Clean room Staff friendly

The rooms were good with a double bed in the 1 room with ensuite and 2 single beds in the living room with another separate bathroom. The AC started leaking during our stay but the rooms were kept cool thoughout. The washer / dryer was very useful for the short stay after a longer stay without. The microwave was high up so will be a challenge for those who are unable to safely reach it. There was only a handful of utensils and no oven for frozen food or an air fryer which would have been useful. No cleaning liquids are provided or handwash in the kitchen. The TV did not include any apps like YouTube. The single swimming pool in the building in 2026 was being refurbished and we were directed to another of their hotels if we wanted to use the pool. The local transport nearby is minimal and does not operate throughout the day. It is a 15 minute walk to bus stops that operate all day or 20 minutes to the metro stations Burjaman or ADCB. Burjaman mall has a Carrefour supermarket in the basement - the other local stores have the basics, Local taxi to the station was about £2.50. Get a Silver Nol Card at the airport metro station or local station - comes loaded with some credit in the cost. Always tap in and out of buses - not use too having to tap out on buses. Was cheap and quick to get around though it did get packed at rush hour. Women only parts of the metro was also useful though not much choice during rushhour.
