This was an incredible start and would definitely stay at Hotel Hans again. The food, service, room and staff was better than I ever expected. Neighborhood is safe and a great place to walk. Bonus is that the Tivoli Garden is a short walk from the hotel.

Wonderful stay here over 6 nights in Copenhagen. Perfect location very close to the train station. Quiet and clean room and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Tiny bathroom but nice rain shower.

This is a wonderful Mariott with large comfortable rooms, a fantastic waterside location, and all sorts of conveniences. The biggest one being the waterside bar. We wanted to relax every night at that outside bar as it was the highlight of a very nice hotel. But there's some negatives. They don't have enough staff - check in took twenty minutes and as far as I could tell this was constant - there was always a line. The concierge was there sporadically so it wasn't super easy to ask questions either. Also, partway through the trip the outside bar was closed for a private event. I paid full price for the hotel and I find it frustrating to miss out on the best thing the hotel offers. Finally, the elevator rush in the morning is real. Some people were waiting 10+ minutes to get a non-full elevator. This could be fixed by allowing a non-emergency exit stairway access but I didn't see that.

Booked a weekend flight & hotel package through Expedia and airline cancelled flight at the last minute - hotel would not refund anything. TOXIC - BE CAREFUL

Budget hotel at a convenient location to visit the main attractions in the city. The room was quite small with minimal amenities. The stock was quite helpful.

Do not stay here. There is no caring from the managers and no forgiveness. If they can stick it to you they will. The room is tiny with a tiny ac unit that barely blows cold air. The hotel is across the street from a music venue that booms loud bass all day. The shower is a tiny box. You get 2 towels and 2 pillows with no housekeeping regardless of family size. The elevator barely holds 2 people and there is only one so be prepared to wait. It’s just horrible. The bartenders are the only ones who actually talk to you and try to help. Do yourself a favor and avoid this nightmare.
