We have stayed at this hotel a few times when we have been to Benidorm and we are very comfortable there the staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very nice we choose to have bed and breakfast and the food at breakfast is quality and a lovely selection for everyone for everyone we will definitely stay there again

Fantastic breakfast buffet.
Dirty room- 2 used cotton buds found behind the bidet and a biscuit under the curtains. I kicked that out on to the balcony.
Next day room was cleaned and the biscuit had disappeared but the cotton buds hadn’t! Room 404. Be interesting to see if they are still there.
Some reception staff were indifferent.
