Great clean contemporary hotel with friendly and serviceable staff in a great location.

Great pools and the children activities were excellent. Clean and nice room with a balcony. Very good breakfast. I just didn't like that there were a few cats around the mini-golf area.

Our stay was wonderful! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring the city. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations and questions. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and the. The room was quiet, modern, and very comfortable after long days of sightseeing. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Hotel is directly opposite a football stadium building site... didn't know this before arrival. Room was clean, bright and good size Bathroom was decent size and quality if a little dated Breakfast buffet was a lovely addition, with enough variety to cover our group Sadly, the roof top pool and bar (panoramic views) were not open when we went in May 2026, nor were we advised before we went. Shame as one of the reasons we chose the hotel, it was perfect weather for it (mid 20's) and would have been amazing after walking for hours around the beautiful city and the beach is further than we realised but worth the trip. The sauna was a nice touch in the gym, although you have to book it via reception for them to activate it

We dined in the restaurant once and ultimately sent our meals back, and on another occasion we ordered room service but found the food unappealing and chose not to eat it. The dishes appeared and tasted more like pre-made or mass-produced meals rather than freshly prepared offerings. Given the overall quality of the property and service, we were surprised by this inconsistency and hope the hotel will consider reviewing its lunch and dinner menu and food preparation standards. With improvements in this area, the guest experience would be exceptional from start to finish.

After an initial few issues with our room, we were moved to another room which suited our requirements. Ivan was really helpful and professional. Following this our stay was excellent, breakfast great, brilliant location and all staff lovely. Would stay again 100%.
