If you like big resorts it’s an ideal option for you - well maintained, great welcome, flowers in the room, nice staff, activities. Overwater bungalows are blocking the view and garden rooms are a bit dated. value for money is ok.

I didn’t like being billed for the boat to and from the island. They told me that since I booked through Expedia that was not included. Only told that at check out and we got on and off the boat with other people. Kind of sleezy. I don’t k ow whose fault that was,expedias or La Pearl

Property looks great and beach is very nice. Staff mostly very good like front desk beach staff. Restaurants have mix of some very good servants and some need more training. Overall most of the staff could speak better english for better comprehension. There many visitors from US. Food quality mostly delicious but manu limited (short) for some reason. They have three restaurants and one cafe.Lastly housekeeping does good job of cleaning in Villas, but every day they forget to refill consumables. Which is nuisance but on the other hand they are pleasant to deal with. Nature is picturesq around Conrad beautiful indeed. Next time if I come again to Polynesian Islands I will stay at another island to see for comparison other properties. I think that Bora Bora is very nice ,but they charge arm and leg for everything, squeeze every dollar out of tourists, I heard that other properties on Bora Bora charge even more but I don't if you get more value.
