Loved the property! Loved the hotel, the beds, the restaurants were wonderful. Drinks are $25-$30 per drink which seem excessive.

I didn’t know you had to pay for the parking fee separately along with the resort fee. That was additional 1k that I had to pay apart from what I had already paid for the stay.

My wife and I have come to the catamaran since our honeymoon in 2019 and we enjoy it every time. It is very peaceful and we already look forward to next year.

My stay at ‘Alohilani was wonderful. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, making my family and me feel genuinely welcome. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, which we really appreciated. The pool is beautiful and my kids had a good time in it. There was one small issue during our stay—one evening, after giving our used towels to the housekeeper (who had run out of replacements), we requested fresh towels through guest services. They assured us someone would bring them up, but unfortunately, no one ever did. We ended up going to the 5th floor to grab pool towels for the night. The following day, we went back to guest services and finally received the towels we needed. Aside from that, everything else was great. The property is beautiful, in a perfect location, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff at this resort is exceptional- kind, helpful, unobtrusive and thoughtful. The property is beautiful and well maintained. We saw sea turtles, monk seal, and a variety of species of fish while snorkeling.

A very nice place to stay for easy access to Waikiki beach and shopping on the strip.

Always a fav spot to stay when in the area with the family. And our recent stay proved that to be true again!

Beautiful hotel. Great staff. We arrived early, knowing we could park before checking in & we’re pleasantly surprised when they allowed us to check in early too. We were able to walk to the attractions we were there to see (Space Needle & Chihuly Museum.) Parking was pretty easy. We just followed the instructions the hotel sent-they sent great information. Only thing that wasn’t superb was the elevators, a bit slow & clunky. But they worked, at their own pace but they worked.

They Mountain view room was just a view of a water channell with trees and the very tip of the mtns it should of said pool view because that is what it was and noisy..Parking as you had to pay for it was awful. Very limited. The room was nice and a nice size but there was no chair to sit in for reading, watching tv or putting shoes on. There were 2 tall stools with the inside table and 2 tall chairs with the deck table that you still could not see over. For the cost of a room not worth it to me. It is out of the way but not peaceful. Lots of stairs in and out to get anywhere on the property. Had to carry luggage up and down those stairs. SAD
