General cleaning and staff were great. Food was limited. The app they require you to use for reservations doesnt work. According to some staff a lot got moved to the GR solaris from royal solaris. Seems like they dont really care about a lot of the functions at royal solaris anymore.

Everything in this resort was amazing, staff, food, rooms, location, amenities, we were celebrating our anniversary and we loved every minute of it, it was our first time in the resort but definitely not the last one.

Our bellman, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. His attentiveness and friendly personality made every interaction pleasant and effortless. At Blue Moon Restaurant, our waiter, and hostess, stood out for their exceptional service. They were attentive, personable, and genuinely passionate about making every dining experience special. Their enthusiasm and attention to detail were evident, and it was clear that they truly enjoy what they do. The Guest Experience team — Deserves special recognition as well. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Their warmth, attentiveness, and willingness to accommodate made us feel incredibly blessed throughout our stay. Our massage therapists, provided an experience that was both professional and relaxing. Their skill, care, and attention made the massages great! We left with wonderful memories.

Had an amazing time here. Loved that Xcaret Mexico was walking distance from the hotel. Staff was super friendly and food was good!

It was truly a luxurious experience. Great location, clean beach with an all-inclusive restaurant. The stuff is super helpful without being intrusive. Great for families with children too.

Let's start with...I've never stayed at an "all inclusive" that allowed you only 2 nights of dining outside the buffet. I understand reservations but when I was told my 5 night stay only allowed me to pick 2 nights of dining and I needed a 2 day reservation for both I thought they were kidding! I chose the Italian and the Mexican on my 2 allowed nights and they were quite good. One buffet and a snack bar were the only other food choices and they were nothing special. Resort overall was "okay" I've been to Cancun 8 times and this is probably my least favorite of everywhere I've stayed. The beach was small, only 1 pool with someone constantly blowing a whistle for the kids covering the fountain. The rooms were clean and spacious. A bit older but no complaints. The staff... jut "okay" as well. No one stood out to me as overly friendly or helpful-This was a spontaneous little getaway so it served the purpose. I don't feel this place was special in any way. Overall...everything was just "okay" If you're going on a budget, looking for nothing special and you aren't picky about food-this will be an "okay" spot for you. Me? I won't go back-to many better options!

Guys don’t do it! There are far better hotels out there. Maybe we came at a bad time. But their buffet was down for remodeling, the servings of food they served were super tiny and they would get mad if you wanted like 3 or 4 more plates. The kids pool was very dirty with algae and debris. The food selection was not the best. As a family that likes to eat fresh on the beach, they didn’t have many varieties of fruits and vegetables. I don’t normally leave poor reviews I think on a personal level, we had fun because it’s all an individual perspective, we wake up and are thankful and it’s great. But having stayed at other hotels, this one I would not recommend. Their staff was not on the same page about things, one would tell us we can get late check out and when the day was coming up and we want to ask apparently they didn’t want to honor it. The entertainment staff never played volleyball after I asked every day for a week. Overall would recommend you check other options ! Trust me ! And the beach was really rough! High waves which I didn’t mind but rough for small kids. But there were some great people nonetheless! Jose from the pool was amazing, Manuel from the dining was excellent. Yameli from dining was outstanding. I expected more for the money I paid. Disappointed and won’t be coming back
