Staff at Belmont were great, from front desk, concierge, Bellmen, guards, to housekeeping. They were very polite and helpful. from our experience: I asked for an airport view and was assigned to one. Unfortunately the room was not too tight and the door has an opening from the floor of about 1.5 inches. It was loud when people passed bye. We could hear their conversation. So I called from desk and informed of the problem. Gabby, solved the problem right away by assigning us to a better room. She assisted us by sending a bellman to assist us with our luggage in moving to the new room. She kept checking if we are satisfied. Front dsk was always ready to help. Security was always ready to greet and open the doors. Housekeeping made sure that the room is clean as per our preference. I thank the staff, they were great. We stayed for a total of 10 day at Belmont.

By far the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in, the breakfast is amazing everyone so check it out . Beautiful pool with amazing staff that help with anything you need . Highly recommend this hotel , it’s our 3rd year booking here and we will definitely book again next
