The hotel is well equipped with a great swimming pool and spa facilities. The dining room are a little rigid. Each guest is allocated a specific table in the restaurant preventing guests from choosing which table to sit at. This did lead to a misunderstanding between us and the restaurant but I was very pleased to see that the Owner and Manager of the hotel took our concerns seriously and addressed them promptly. Stefania, the manager of the hotel, deserves special praise, she is a fantastic host and incredibly professional.

We had an incredible stay at Hotel Lamm, the facilities were excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff couldn’t be more attentive and really went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay! The food was incredible everyday!

This hotel was an all around wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, the amenities provided were great. The staff was incredibly helpful and eager to answer questions. The location is also great, in a quiet town with walkable access to markets and restaurants. A nearby city, Bolzano, is an easy drive to get a more metropolitan experience. There are several interesting hikes close to the hotel, I recommend driving to Alpa Di Suisi for breathtaking views.
I would absolutely stay here again!

"Because I don’t speak Italian or German, checking un was a challenge. The receptionist behaved as if I was the one at fault for not finding a common language.
