Good location but limited parking on site. Other parking is expensive. Reception and check-in could be improved as one of the two staff was not welcoming.

The location is fantastic, firstly. The apartment was a good size, and was pretty clean. The bed was comfy, however there was a small blood stain on the duvet. There was also no cold water from the taps, and the ice machine wasn’t working, so we had to buy bottled water to keep in the fridge. The air vents were rather noisy, I could still hear them while wearing ear plugs. The staff seemed friendly.

The room was clean. Good gym and sauna facilities. I stayed in a club room. The access to the room involved walking through the restaurant / bar area. In rush hours it's challenging to walk through narrow spaces between chairs and tables with luggage. Probably making a different access way to the rooms would be a good idea. I am happy with the helping attitude of the staff. A great place to stay

Very friendly hotel located in the center of town. Short walk from Saint James Park. Great chicken schnitzel on the dinner menu!
