FOOD POISONING!! My son and I during our last dinner ! We went to the resort medical clinic and we’re told to stay in bed, but since it was our last day hotel management told us the “needed the room” and that we had to leave and that they would send us to a different hotel. Doubled over and constantly vomiting, we were forced to pack and leave. All due to bad meat at the Toro Restaurant.

The entertainment staff, bar staff and wait staff made this trip enjoyable. The front desk, so called supervisors, and room service was awful.
I will be demanding monies returned. I was triple charged by Expedia and Majestic. For no reason, guests paid one third of what I was charged for same stay. They ripped me off. Expedia advertised amenities that were not included or existing.
The property is old and falling apart!
I need to speak to management and supervisors or I will dispute all my charges
