Super cool concept. Tall buildings hid the Austin city feel and felt Hill Country-esque. Super family friendly. Lots of kiddos running around. Not ideal for a couples retreat but we still really enjoyed the atmosphere and room. Staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuine. Great place! Will definitely go back!

The parking situation is horrendous! They charge 67.00 per park.
Food is expensive and not good. Water stations were empty.
It’s dark and uninviting.
Staff is mediocre.
It’s fancy with no substance.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful, clean and easy to navigate. The room itself was clean very pleasant to stay in and comfortable. I will certainly be returning the next time I need a place to stay in Austin!

I have been coming to this property over many years. Its updated but to charge 50.00 a night per room for no ooen pool bar no inside hotel pool bar and spa closes earlier then most hotels is excessive

Staff was amazing. The front desk heard that itcwas my daughter's first time in Austin and theyvwent to get a wagon of kiddie toys to let her choose from. We were not expecting that, so it was little things like that that made our stay special.
