I loved almost everything about this hotel!The elevators are set up in a way that you never have to share with other guests, bell hop takes care of your luggage, staff are very friendly and helpful, smash burger from the bar was very good, bed is comfortable and the location is perfect. My only complaint is the concierge never answering the phone but I’d still gladly return and recommend to others.

Rooms are always clean. Room service breakfast was top notch. That’s my third visit and I will keep coming back

This was right on Bourbon street so your close within walking distance for most everything. The balcony was fun to be able to see the action on Bourbon street but be prepared for the very, very loud music until 2am. First appearances were upscale. The room was spacious with the balcony, which was dirty (wear shoes) However, after walking on the carpet in our room our feet were black, the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, the streaming on the tv didn’t work. Housekeeping didn’t clean the sink or tub and didn’t vacuum when they came in.

Hotel New Orleans doesn’t simply accommodate you. It gives you an atmosphere to inhabit. After spending time wandering through the city, returning to the hotel felt like stepping back into a quieter world. There is something wonderfully cinematic about it, especially in the evening when New Orleans begins to take on that particular glow that makes the city feel almost dreamlike. The experience is elevated by the hospitality. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever making the experience feel formal or forced. Those little moments of thoughtful service are what transform a beautiful property very memorable.
