Hotel location was perfect for exploring Tromso. Room was a good size with enough space for luggage. Room was clean and well lit. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very helpful and assisted with taxi service. The included breakfast was tasty and had a big variety. I would stay here again.

Great Staff! Great food at the restaurant! Just wish it were a bit closer to Narvik since transportation to the hotel can be difficult or very costly. Overall great stay!

The location for this hotel was beyond outstanding! Nice breakfast, and dinner in the restaurant was superb! I would recommend this property over and over!

The property was fine and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They have a Barception, which means hou can check-in and/or by snacks and drinks. There is a nice seating area in the lobby with different types of seating to relax or have a bite to eat. The only thing is they dont have any parking. We were directed to the public parkade a block away, but we ended up in the underground parking of another hotel who let us stay for 800 NOK for two motorcycles for two nights.
