Niagara Falls - Western New York Adventure Holidays

Based on the mixed reviews of this place, I was a little worried about my stay. But, I had nothing but a wonderful experience. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I forgot to advise at check-in that my partner would be arriving later, and the front desk called me to confirm I was expecting a male guest when he arrived. I appreciate the diligence and guest safety mindset. My courtyard room was clean, and everything was functional (air/heat, fridge, coffee machine, lamps, etc.). Had a nice swim in the morning. The pool area does need maintenance, and evident mold on the ceiling. But it was nice to have robes and towels included. The overall property had great character and decor, and was well maintained. The hotel is accessible to everything and a great place to stay for the fireworks. The display is set off at the right end of the street and down the path from the hotel. I took advice from reviews and parked kitty corner to the hotel and saved some money rather than parking on site. I was not hit with any of the resort fees that were mentioned in other reviews. I booked through Expedia, and had no challenges with check in/check out. Overall excellent stay, and I will definitely be returning.

Excellent location, very clean room and amenities, friendly and professional staff! The only issue that we had with this place was the buffet breakfast. It didn’t have a lot of variety for the price charged! Otherwise, everything was wonderful❤️

Location location location just a couple minutes to Clifton Hill and Niagara Falls. Friendly staff plenty of parking

Locate right near Tablerock visitor centre & incline railcard. Easy to catch WeGo busses to attractions.
