Here’s a polished review you can post: “I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was available in one place, which made our stay very convenient. We didn’t have to go anywhere else because all our needs were taken care of right here. The customer service was excellent, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would especially like to recognize Mauricio for his outstanding service. He was professional, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future.

Staff was extremely helpful clean room

Casa claver offers quality service. The staff is very helpful and respectful. The property is very clean, welcoming and peaceful. It’s location is great if you are looking to participate in excursions, most meeting points were anywhere from 7-10 min walk, other hotels I reviewed that required transportation. The breakfast is very good, I would suggest pick a different one every day you’re there. The rooftop pool has an amazing view. I would highly recommend and also visit again.

Good facilities for children. Very good breakfast buffet and room service. Nice spa services. Rooms are clean but could be better. Pool and beach close early. Room assigment in areas affected by construction should be better coordinated. Not many places to walk around.
