Breakfast was ok and not very accommodating when it came to ordering a different combination of hot menu items (was initially told we were going to be charged extra). Then they rescinded that at the end. The service at the restaurant for dinner was quite poor. Requested removing the chorizo from the starter which was ignored. We also essentially poured our own wine. Otherwise the service was good. The front desk helped arrange private transfers with short lead time.
