Excellent location and breakfast

The room was very hot and the AC was not very responsive. The bed only had a thick duvet, which made it extremely difficult to sleep. We had to ask twice for a simple top sheet so we were not sweating through the entire night.

Exactly as advertised. Nice, modern hotel on the north shore of the river. Room was very clean, if a little small. Super helpful staff and a great breakfast.

Excellent location and breakfast

This was mediocre as medicine goes. A disappointment for the Hilton brand. The staff in the evening as I came in at night and stayed for one day were quite impatient and somewhat impertinent. So much for Irish hospitality , the front staff were exasperated at dealing with customers it would seem and the front desk chap was more interested in his fan than about sorting out my room. Communication poor, maybe ai would have done better in this case, unable to engage in anything more than one syllabic words and has clearly someone who was in a hurry to graduate from that hospitality course! This was poor as a Hilton honour member as well it felt the brand let themselves down. I chose this venue as I thought closest to the airport I had a funeral in the day, but no. Even at check out they were not able to help with getting a taxi saying you can do it on a mobile phone, of course one can but the point was some concierge services would have helped. Not here. Breakfast disappointing, with no local delicacy .

Noise at the hallway . All doors should be fitted with damper or shock absorber.

We enjoyed this hotel. The breakfast was amazing every morning and we enjoyed a lot of dinners in the restaurant located on the property and they were good too. The room was clean and well maintained. It was also quiet. My husband used the work out room regularly and had no complaints. The staff at the front desk was accommodating and helped us get a cab a few times during our stay. My only complaint might be the location. It was a good 20 min walk to the city center and I wished we were a little closer. We did use the bus and the stop was close to the hotel as well as took cabs a few times when we needed to be somewhere at a certain time in the mornings. Overall, it was an excellent hotel.
