A very good location in the Old City. A VERY helpful staff, with a slight issue at the hotel restaurant for breakfast the first day. The restaurant is listed as open for breakfast at 7:00 AM - not true. We were there just before 7:00 AM, but no one came to speak to us or take an order until nearly 7:15 AM. We had to leave by 7:30 AM to connect with a tour group. We never received the breakfast, we just had to leave. Fortunately, the next day the staff was much better and we received a very good breakfast in a timely manner. I think this is because we expressed our concern to the staff and they responded properly the next day.

Room was clean, just small attention to the details were missing, like tiles grout and glass on the balcony need some cleaning improvement.
Staff were not overly friendly and welcoming at check in.
Breakfast was very good, lots of variety.
Outdoor and indoor pools were amazing.
Overall, our experience was very good and we will definitely come back.
Location is unbeatable.

This is a hotel in the mountains next to a small town but its the 2ne best hotel gym I have seen.
I want this gym for My building. The indoor pool is also large.
If you are a fitness person this is your hotel.
Downsides, No Balcony and No AC
