The staff was excellent, breakfast was included and was decent (however they do require notifications of breakfast items in advance). Would have been much nicer to have a coffee machine rather than small instant coffee sachets. A couple of these small changes would make it more of a 5 star experience. I also didn’t receive the free wine as per my Expedia benefit, and wasn’t offered an upgraded room.
