Hotel is situated in a good site, with local playpark for young children, local cafe (Paul) on doorstep and lovely external garden.
Hotel is very keen to save electricity- lighting in communal areas was dim.
On site Gym is very basic (3 machines plus limited freeweights).
For the price it was very good - no complaints at all.

The single beds are too small and hard for Americans. Nice views for the best two rooms upgraded roomwindows. Facing the lake, not the top floor, that only has a small window.
