I recently stayed at Svarga and had a wonderful experience overall! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and great amenities. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. However, I did notice that the toilet bidet hose in my room could use some extra cleaning attention. It’s a small detail, but keeping everything pristine enhances the overall guest experience. Despite this, I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing stay. I’ll certainly be back!

Can’t say enough about Tugu and its staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. We had an early flight to catch and they had breakfast prepared for us at 6am, usually not available until 7am. Highly recommend staying here.

Their genuine warmth and professionalism added a personal touch to our experience, making us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with thoughtful details that reflect a deep appreciation for both design and comfort. Whether we were lounging by the pool or enjoying the serene beach sunset views, everything felt perfectly curated to create a peaceful and indulgent escape. My wife and I stayed for a week during our honeymoon and were made to feel so welcome. Everyone was so lovely and kind. We appreciated all the ways that they made our honeymoon feel extra special! We managed to enjoy relaxation and adventure in equal parts, including surfing directly in front of the hotel and snorkelling at the North Gilis with a boat also taking us directly from the hotel. We really enjoyed the Indonesian cooking class offered by the hotel and found the themed nights at the restaurant, particularly the flavours of the archipelago, extremely satisfying. Overall could not imagine our honeymoon anywhere else, thank you so much to the entire team that made it so special!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Sheraton. Property was beautiful and very family friendly. Food options on location are great value for money and there are plenty of cheap eats close by. The staff here were brilliant and we will definitely becoming back next year

Where to begin with this resort. For starters, I’ve stayed at many places from all over the world and sudamala sengiggi is by far one of if not the best places I’ve stayed at. Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, food is amazing and affordable as well considering we stayed at a luxury hotel. It is very well balanced between food from Indonesian food and international food so it serves all palates. They also offer a romantic dinner package for couples which we took and it was absolutely amazing, a must do for honey-mooners or couples staying at the resort. In addition, they offer many excursion/experience packages for people to do that offer a very wide array of choices. One of the best if not the best excursion packages is the 3 Gili island trips which is a private boat trip to the islands which includes snorkeling and lounging/exploring the final island which is Gili Trawangan. The room choices and accommodations are very lovely as well as the room cleaning service. All in all, a 10/10 resort experience, if you come to Lombok, this is a must stay place.
