Rooms are basic but clean and air-conditioned with a fridge. Comfy beds. It’s a 20 minute walk to the resort centre and well positioned to see the Castello Aragonese. You have to wear a swimming cap in the pool and you can get them from the pool bar for 4 euros. It was disappointing to be asked to leave the pool one afternoon at 5pm after just getting back from a day out, so that they could prepare it for a party for a staff member- no apology either- not very acceptable in my opinion. Our room was down and up quite a lot of steps - not all accessible by a lift- so do check if you struggle with steps . If you want to change your pool towel it’s 4 euros each time. Taxi from the port was 20 euros for a 10 minute journey.

Beautiful hotel

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, despite its distance from the city center making commuting challenging.

Staff were lovely! Hotel is for an older demographic. We didn’t use the pools much because they were very hot and the outside temps were also very hot. Manage expectations as it is not a North American 5* hotel but it is clean and the staff were excellent at addressing any issues immediately. Taxis from the casimiciolla pet are very expensive. 30euros for a 5 min trip.

Hotel was mostly for elderly people not suited for couples . Mostly all inclusive holiday makers
