Beautiful views of Arenal Volcano throughout the hotel and pools, and a convenient location near La Fortuna center.
Rooms were well maintained overall, though there were occasional drain odors and signs of mold around the sink.
The pools were excellent, and staff consistently delivered attentive service poolside.
Overall, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and courteous, making for a very enjoyable stay.
