It is a first class apartment with all the amenities one could imagine. We loved the rooftop lap pool and hot tub. The bathroom is amazing. The parking is ample on the street and free! Our room was spotless and we appreciated having our laundry done by Marta while we were out exploring museums and the nearby forest. The location is ideal, especially close to the futbol stadium. Thank you Cosmin for being so attentive to our requests, it was a pleasure to stay at the Bellevue’s.

Had a lovely time at Mercure Oradea Hotel! The aesthetic and room comfort are spot on, and the spa area is fantastic, the big windows letting in natural light create such a nice, relaxing vibe. You can tell the hotel is still fresh and working through some opening adjustments on the service side. We noticed a couple of minor things, like the spa missing staff at 7:30 AM for towels and turning on the sauna (despite a 7:00 AM opening time), and the restaurant overcooking a burger to well-done when we asked for medium. It’s totally understandable for a new spot as the personnel get properly trained and settled into the routine. Overall, it’s a wonderful property with tons of potential, and we really enjoyed our stay!

Clean rooms, extremely helpful staff, gym may be small but with updated and diverse equipment for its size. Also pool and gym have a pretty amazing 360 view of the surroundings. Easy to travel everywhere and close to the city center.

Very convenient central location for untold festival, and getting out and about in Cluj. Staff did not disturb us during the festival period but we were able to contact them and ask for amenities/towels etc to be put outside our door as room service happens in the mornings. Nice eggs and continental breakfast available. Big room with air con, mini fridge and nice rainfall shower.
