The staff is the best part of the experience. We stay quite often and the staff always are accommodating.

It was an amazing stay. The property was super clean up-to-date. The staff was super friendly and very attentive. The car service for up to 3 miles radius was amazing. I could not be more satisfied with a hotel.

Property grounds are amazing and close to everything but quiet and felt private

I recently stayed at the Doubletree by Hilton Atlanta Airport, and while there were some definite highlights—mostly involving the staff—there are several maintenance and cleanliness issues the property needs to address. ​ ​

From start to finish The Westin Buckhead was an amazing experience. My daughter and I checked in for a staycation and we felt like we had hopped a flight and checked into a luxury hotel elsewhere. The staff was so nice, The rooms were clean and beautiful, and the room service was delicious! I even got introduced to my new favorite red wine by one of the bartenders at the hotel restaurant. One of my absolute favorite amenities was the built in water station where we filled up our water bottles daily with alkaline or sparkling water. The only thing that could be better would be the “Starbucks” breakfast area. The refrigerated food in the case did not look appetizing and the wait was too long. I would definitely stay at the Westin Buckhead again.

Laura was Amazing she is the poolside bartender and she was the highlight of our trip Sadly the beds /pillows were absolutely terrible Prioritize was lovely Americano restaurant was excellent say well as the staff we had three meals there all excellent Beware sun leaves pool area at around 230-3pm which is a negative only because we chose this property in. Part due to the pool and ability to hit he in the Atlanta sunshine Overall a decent stay but sleep is crucial and we didn t get much

Clean room, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Will be staying again.
