Our room was very clean, and the same goes for the facilities and all common areas throughout the hotel everything was impeccably maintained. The building décor is unique and a bit different, but very cute and charming. The gardens and pool area are beautifully maintained and provide a lovely space to relax; it’s a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The hotel’s location is ideal, centrally located near shopping and a wide variety of restaurants, which made getting around very convenient. (3,504 reviews) Clean room and nice view. Hotel was walkable to key locations like Times Square, Bryant Park, Central Park, Grand Central, Rockefeller Center. My only complaint was that my family brought outside food and ate in the sitting area next to the bar. An employee comes up to us and said no outside food is allowed but we didn’t know. He asked for my room # and said “don’t take too long”. Mind you, it was a Monday evening and wasn’t busy at the bar at all. Other people came in with outside food and ate in the sitting area but the employee didn’t say anything to them.
