The room was very clean, Breakfast was not great! There was very little choice, this was the 3rd hotel that I had stayed in during my trip and the worst Breakfast..you had to ask the member if staff for more coffee and it felt like you were imposing on them. The hotel itself is lovely but the area is very rough. Every cafe I went into advised me to put my bag in front of me and look out for pick pockets.

The check-in process was completely lacking. I stood outside for over an hour emailing calling and trying to get lit in the door. It says the front office is open, but you have to know how to get in the door. Apparently you have to use the keypad and click on one of the options that was available. But nowhere was that in the directions and the phone number to call the reception area was not taking phone calls and no one ever responded to my emails so I spent almost 2 hours standing outside until other people came along and let me in. Absolutely ridiculous!

Beautiful property that offered regular shuttles to Sorrento (20+ minutes away). However the food and drinks were very, very expensive and a long trip to and back to get anything else.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The hospitality was exceptional, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The views, accommodations, and overall experience were simply unforgettable. The staff not only helped us book our restaurants but they recommended only the best! We wanted a cooking class experience - they booked that too! From the ride to the location to making sure we came back to the hotel. This was, without a doubt, one of the highlights of our trip to the Amalfi Coast, the views were spectacular. You’d think you had the hotel to yourself, the distribution of all the sections of the hotel were designed to perfection. The breakfast was incredible, absolutely not a continental breakfast but more of a 5 star restaurant experience. From the linen, to the waiters and the quality was superb! Our room was by far stunning and the photos on the website are beautiful but in person the room was so big and gorgeous! Walking around the hotel at night was romantic and stunning and it’s views all around. We left with beautiful memories and are already looking forward to returning. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate you won’t be disappointed. We booked a dinner as well here because the breakfast experience was so amazing! This too was 5 stars! Thank you for making our stay so special!

We stayed at this hotel for six nights. The location and sea view are absolutely stunning and were the highlight of our stay. The housekeeping staff were consistently kind, polite, and helpful, despite what appeared to be a difficult working environment. Unfortunately, our experience with the management and front desk was the exact opposite. They were consistently rude, dismissive, argumentative, and unwelcoming. Not once during our stay did we feel genuinely welcomed. The hotel also seems determined to charge extra for almost everything. Need ice? €10 service charge. We also asked for drinking water and were told they could provide two cans, but they would simply be deducted from our daily housekeeping water allowance. It felt unnecessarily petty. The centrally controlled air conditioning was another major issue. The room never became cool enough, and when we raised the concern, the manager simply said, quite bluntly, “That’s how it is.” We eventually had to request a fan just to sleep comfortably. What bothered us most was witnessing management speak to housekeeping staff in a raised, degrading manner on more than one occasion. In summary: beautiful location and incredible views, but these positives were overshadowed by an arrogant, disrespectful management team and poor customer service. We would not stay here again.

Terrific staff and amenities. The woman who handled our check in was superb. The thermal pools and views are spectacular. What a relaxing place. Possibly the best breakfast I have ever seen included in your stay. I can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful hotel inside and out, and on the waterfront. Clean room and comfortable bed. Includes blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Had complimentary champagne and treats at night in the lobby. Front desk was helpful in getting a taxi and with luggage, in addition to describing restaurants and areas to see. Easily walkable to everything. Felt very safe walking around, even at night.

Location was prime. Staff lovely. A little dated but still had character and charm. Pool on roof and outside areas were lovely to spend time on. Breakfast could have had less pastries/cakes but it was tasty. lovely views from our room. Staff were great at sourcing fresh flowers as a surprise for my wife

Can not fault this hotel. Gorgeous view, lovely staff and comfortable bed
