The room was very clean, Breakfast was not great! There was very little choice, this was the 3rd hotel that I had stayed in during my trip and the worst Breakfast..you had to ask the member if staff for more coffee and it felt like you were imposing on them. The hotel itself is lovely but the area is very rough. Every cafe I went into advised me to put my bag in front of me and look out for pick pockets.

The views were amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely food and cocktails. Sunsets were extraordinary!

The check-in process was completely lacking. I stood outside for over an hour emailing calling and trying to get lit in the door. It says the front office is open, but you have to know how to get in the door. Apparently you have to use the keypad and click on one of the options that was available. But nowhere was that in the directions and the phone number to call the reception area was not taking phone calls and no one ever responded to my emails so I spent almost 2 hours standing outside until other people came along and let me in. Absolutely ridiculous!

Great shuttle to Sorrento included. Close to train station.

Beautiful property that offered regular shuttles to Sorrento (20+ minutes away). However the food and drinks were very, very expensive and a long trip to and back to get anything else.

It’s very beautiful historical hotel with panoramic views to the sea…they also provide breakfast! The staff are very friendly and helpful! Only the shower area need little improvement

We stayed at this hotel for six nights. The location and sea view are absolutely stunning and were the highlight of our stay. The housekeeping staff were consistently kind, polite, and helpful, despite what appeared to be a difficult working environment. Unfortunately, our experience with the management and front desk was the exact opposite. They were consistently rude, dismissive, argumentative, and unwelcoming. Not once during our stay did we feel genuinely welcomed. The hotel also seems determined to charge extra for almost everything. Need ice? €10 service charge. We also asked for drinking water and were told they could provide two cans, but they would simply be deducted from our daily housekeeping water allowance. It felt unnecessarily petty. The centrally controlled air conditioning was another major issue. The room never became cool enough, and when we raised the concern, the manager simply said, quite bluntly, “That’s how it is.” We eventually had to request a fan just to sleep comfortably. What bothered us most was witnessing management speak to housekeeping staff in a raised, degrading manner on more than one occasion. In summary: beautiful location and incredible views, but these positives were overshadowed by an arrogant, disrespectful management team and poor customer service. We would not stay here again.

Beautiful hotel inside and out, and on the waterfront. Clean room and comfortable bed. Includes blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Had complimentary champagne and treats at night in the lobby. Front desk was helpful in getting a taxi and with luggage, in addition to describing restaurants and areas to see. Easily walkable to everything. Felt very safe walking around, even at night.

Beautiful view, big room huge balcony . Very convenient closed to all buses that goes everywhere. Lots of restaurants around . Bank , groceries beauty salon near by too . Walking distance from everywhere . Very warm and welcoming staff . Delicious breakfast was brought to my room or balcony every day . Loved staying there I would definitely stay there again ♥️♥️♥️ Bus was around the corner going to the beach no need to walk down or up the stairs

Excellent location and view from roof top pool over the harbour was amazing. Only downside was the breakfast...very poor and not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. Will stay room only next time.
