Clean room, nice customer service, and not as closed as expected but tolerable to Taipei Train Station

Good hotel

Beds were good with clean sheets and nice pillows. Overall seems outdated. Carpet and grout lines were I’ll-maintained. Toilet space not well designed as door was close to your face when closed. Staff was helpful.

I usually don’t write long reviews but I wanted to show my gratitude for Cosmos Hotel Taipei’s excellent services in assisting me to handle a refund process. We had to change our booking to check out earlier because of the typhoon. The hotel staff showed great care and professionalism, and agreed to waive the penalty for changing my reservation. They patiently explained the procedure and promptly provided all requested information to Expedia. Special thanks goes to a member at the front desk who has helped me along this process! Without her assistance, I am probably still in the loophole of dealing with the booking site to initiate such request. Cosmos Hotel shows me a perfect example of genuine care and excellence in servicing clients.
