Our only complaint was there wasn’t ample lighting - also in two of our rooms the outlets were inoperable.
The rooms were very comfortable and spacious though. It’s a quiet area in Venice that we appreciated being in after long days with lots of people. Nice little restaurants close and a water taxi stop that was never busy :)

Location on Grand Canal is great! Hotel has own private dock if you’re coming or leaving by private water taxi. Vaporetto stop is right there too. A very ornate old palazzo - rooms a bit tired but clean. All period furnishings. Nice bathroom amenities. We walked everywhere from there. Let front desk show you on map how to get where you want to go. AI is not always correct!!!
