I love the property, everything was excellent

One day, the air conditioner in our room ceased to function. The hotel staff was unable to repair it, and unfortunately, they did not provide us with an alternative room. Consequently, we spent an entire night without air conditioning, which was an unpleasant experience. Additionally, our reservation included a room with a bathtub in the toilet; however, we were assigned a room without it.

My husband and I have stayed @ this Adina multiple times.Unfortunately this time we had to cancel our stay.However my daughter, son-in-law and 2 almost adult children travelled to Berlin and kept in constant contact and sent us so many positive observations which I have noted above! Apartment room was good, well equiped and clean. The hotel was nice, the staff helpful and the food excellent. The only issue we had was the room was very warm overnight despite advertising rooms were air conditioned it was not available (told it is not switched on until it gets to a certain temperature).

Location is very convenient, staff was helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. There are laundry facilities. I would come back, happily. The only very minor annoyance is the minibar, while free, is not stocked past the first day. One can pick up free minibar items at the reception, but that defeats the point of minibars.

Very friendly, rooms very spacious.

Staff and amenities were excellent. Staff did everything they could to help us enjoy our stay.

We have stayed here in numerous occasions and the standards are always at high levels. Friendly staff, quiet location and within easy access to Berlin and surrounds with rental car as well as public transportation. Nice array of restaurants in close proximity of the hotel. Just wish that they would start including some vegan options in their breakfasts.
