Clean room, good Japanese breakfast. I didn't get a chance to check out the bath house.

Love love love this place! My mum and I stayed for 5 nights and wished we can stay another week. The room is very comfortable and clean. Spacious for Japanese standards. The in-room washing machine is great and so convenient . The staff were very friendly and helpful. Helped to organise my luggage delivery to the next city as well. Thanks! The hotel is just a stroll from Osu shopping street which we loved. Not very near to the subway but still walkable. Planning to visit again next year!

Would stay there again if given a chance! Beds are comfy. Loved the breakfast buffet - so worth it! It’s a very clean hotel!

The staff were helpful and the breakfast buffet was brilliant. The coffee was superb and probably the best coffee I've had in Japan. There is a range of great regional Japanese fare as well as salad bar, fruit, pastries. The hotel location is central and there's lots of restaurants in the same building in the Tower.

Property wants to appear be something that it is not.

Good location nearby the train station.

Staff were very helpful and kind. Location is excellent and very close to many main shopping areas.
