Clean, great customer service. Most importantly we felt safe. Would definitely stay again and again!!

I loved the fact that it was all inclusive. I bought the membership and was offered a room upgrade and wrist band change. Once we went to the front desk for the upgrade and wrist band change we were told it’s not reflected in the system. That was disappointing. We were promised these things and weren’t given it after they got us to purchase a membership. That did not sit well with me. Other than that the resort was beautiful and the staff was great.

The Grand Palladium and Lady Hamilton Resort is stunning! It’s well maintained and the staff is nice. We stayed in a Bungalow at the Signature Room, which has upgraded amenities, a private pool, and private beach access, with welcome and departure gifts. The ocean view balcony has a stunning view. The room could use some TLC-the tv was in and out, the mattresses are hard, and we had to call maintenance a couple times. The food was just okay and the classic dishes at the ala carte restaurants are prepared differently from what we’re used to. The stand out was the pool areas, nightly activities, endless drinks, and the helpful, friendly staff. After leaving the hard bed, the beauty of the property made up for some of the issues we experienced. Summer vacation with husband and we enjoyed ourselves. 7/10. Couldn’t been an 8 had there not been so many issues with the bungalow, which is supposedly more luxury.

Our stay was amazing! The resort was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful! Please note it is atleast an hour from the airport. But for this trip that was our preference. The food however was 3/10 this includes food market for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There were several restaurants that were available to us with no reservations required but they too were subpar! The lobby bars closed early which was a bit of an inconvenience. Our biggest issue was that the hotel app listed several restaurant options however what we found out was that the restaurants on the Senses (adult only) side was only available to us for a $30 Per person per day fee. Had we know that in advance we would have happily paid the fee instead of being stopped by security because we did not stay on the senses side and had no idea those restaurants were only available for an extra fee. Other than that it was an amazing stay and we will definitely be back in a few years once they've gotten the food situation sorted.

Remote, rustic and peaceful. Very relaxing. Limited entertainment and food was just ok
