Fantastic property, but we had a few issues that needed to be dealt with. Firstly, our rooms had a smell of mold/mildew. We were initially told that the resort was full but after being adamant about the issue as being a health issue, a room opened up suddenly.
Once we switched rooms things were good.
The staff in general were fantastic and the food was good.

“Beautiful property! It truly feels like you are surrounded by nature — quiet, romantic, and perfect for relaxing. The service and food are excellent. Breakfast could be improved since it’s always the same, but they do have a nice coffee bar and mimosas! The Chef is so dedicated to sharing the best of their culture that it feels like having your own personal chef. I can’t wait to come back! And the beach… ahhhh, simply the best. They also offer a 6-hour catamaran trip that you will absolutely love.”

The hotel is amazing and beautiful. I personally did not like the check in process. I arrived to the hotel at 12pm and finally got my room at 3:35pm. We were tired and exhausted from the trip and needed to wait 3 hours and 35 ms to get to the room. Night time activity boring, only a bar and closed at 2pm. Music horrible no Spanish music in the bar or pool area. But food delicious and beautiful people.
