Absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel’s beachfront location is simply unbeatable. Waking up to the ocean view and having the beach just steps away made the entire experience feel like a true vacation. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Everything felt relaxing and effortless from the moment we arrived. The beach was gorgeous, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed every moment and would happily come back again. If you’re looking for a beautiful beachfront hotel with excellent service, a relaxing atmosphere, and an amazing location, I highly recommend this place. Definitely a 5-star experience! 🌊☀️

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Bentley Hotel deserves a 10 out of 5. We just got back from a 4 night stay here. The staff and team made our stay memorable. Mariano, Reinaldo, Housain, and Federico went over and beyond. We arrived a bit early but Mariano made sure we get checked-in immediately and into a beautiful ocean view room. Hotel is directly across (Ocean Drive) from the beach and you get chairs and towels if you ask. Hotel offers beach cruiser bicycles that we took out almost every morning. Staff makes sure you ride out with fresh cold bottles of water each time. Free breakfast is a rarity in South Beach but Bentley lays out a nice spread each morning. Be sure to take advantage of the rooftop pool as it is private and view is AMAZING! As nice as this small boutique hotel is, what makes your stay memorable is the team that runs this place. Thank you everyone at Bentley! We will definitely come back.
