We were issued one key card for 4 travelers, then the room required that a key card be inserted into a slot in order to keep the room powered on. The result was that we came back from dinner to a hot and humid room that tooks hours to cool back down. Great stay otherwise, but that one factor was enough to make it a fairly miserable evening. Hope the savings to BW+ was worth it.

Stunning hotel and the spa and pools were truly incredible..... Found out the waters flow for 25 years underground from the Alps and have medicinal healing abilities for joints and aging and so much more

The FREE spa service- is not a free spa service it’s the use of the pools. The spa staff is rude and do not speak English very well so they said yeah to the service but at check out the fought with us over the massage not being included. Other than that… the hotel is beautiful, the rooms are nice and the pool / sauna area was wonderful. Also breakfast was wonderful! I definitely would come back again.
