Best hotel highley recommend

Absolutely good location, clean room, close to attractions

The maintenance of the property is not good at all. The first day of checking in was horrible as we waited in the rain for one hour without anybody telling us how to check in, second night the internet was down, the third night the door locker was out the battery and waited for one hour to have staff come in to solve the problem.

Lovely staff, great location and premium rooms for a good price.

We had an amazing stay at the Osaka Hotel! I traveled with my 15-year-old, and we both thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was definitely one of the highlights. There was an excellent selection of fresh and delicious Japanese and continental food every morning, with plenty of choices to suit different tastes. It was the perfect start to each day. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka. We would happily stay here again!

Stayed 3 nights at the end of our journey in japan and this was not the Best hôtel. Sheets and pillow were smelling. Everything is old and not really clean. Staff was ok, not really helpful. The only nice thing was the buffet in the morning and also the empire restaurant.
