Stop reading reviews and book this hotel! Best atmosphere, most friendly, caretaking, polite, and simply nice staff! Food is incredible. The music, the smell, the facilities are all curated to “feel great”. They do not ask for reviews online, they ask you to reflect about your feelings and write it down on a piece of paper so that they add it to their travel log. It is just an incredible place to live and fell Kyoto. PS: No, I am not getting paid for this review. It is simply that good!

Absolutely good location, clean room, close to attractions

We had a great 3-night stay. The room was huge and nice. We love that it has 3 good size bedroom, 2 toilets, 2 baths, mini kitchen and laundry machine. The kids enjoyed the spa/tub at the seating area where they could watch tv while bathing. The pebbles around the seating area give a relaxing resort vibe. Good location. Just few minutes away from the train stations and shopping area. The staff are super friendly.

We had an amazing stay at the Osaka Hotel! I traveled with my 15-year-old, and we both thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was definitely one of the highlights. There was an excellent selection of fresh and delicious Japanese and continental food every morning, with plenty of choices to suit different tastes. It was the perfect start to each day. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka. We would happily stay here again!
