Staff v. friendly. Park with beer garden and music for young people opposite. Near Palazzo Congressi.

we stayed here for a few days before our cruise leaving out if ravenna. this was our first time in italy and this hotel and its location is exactly how i pictured italy. it’s a boutique hotel, on a cobblestone street. the rooms are a decent size and the staff was very helpful from the time that i booked (answering email questions for me, booking & confirming our transfer to the cruise ahead of arrival). the location is great. there’s plenty of things to see and do within walking distance. i would recommend and would stay here again.

Closer to centre than I thought as don’t usually stay on that side of railway. It was a blessing as there was roadworks outside one hotel and work on the towers at another. Room nice but plain, bathroom very good. Quick check in and room available early. Staff very helpful.

Room was good for the night, bed comfortable & convenient location- around 10 minutes walk to train station.

far exceeds expections

Very clean and comfortable hotel, they have a rooftop where you can chill and have drinks, very nice during sunset hour. Great location, walkable to the main tourist attractions.
