Very spacious hotel with stunning views of the city from the upper floors. Our AC was not working in the room, but it was promptly resolved whilst we were out, after we mentioned it to reception.
Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. The Auge bar on the 19th floor is worth a visit!

Bruna was great! Very courteous and helpful during our stay, with recommendations for restaurants, day trips etc.
We really loved the room, the windows opened right up to the sounds of the Douro and birds.
A fantastic stay we won't soon forget!

A fairly good location in old town Porto, but the hotel needs some TLC. The signage on the outside was covered up with blue plastic bags!! - a wonder we found the place. Carpets on the stairs were very stained and old. Our room had tiny ants running around. On the flip side, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The little breakfast in the morning was pretty good and adequate.
