(33 reviews) Extremely convenient. It's attached to a mall so it has a super market, laundry, ATM, food, department store etc. Free shuttle to the main part of town. Also there are always trikes available immediately outside for hire if you don't want to wait for the shuttle. Room was nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was great no issues, hot and cold water was also reliable. During night time the street near the hotel has a lot of street food which is great if you want to try more local stuff. (16 reviews) A beautiful oasis in the quiet island of Carabao. A hidden gem! We organised a private boat from Boracay to and from the island and were able to dock at the hotel beachfront making it even more special an experience. The room was wonderful, clean and with an incredible ocean view. We had the entire hotel to ourselves pretty much, with only a few other guests staying at the time, and were treated like VIPs. We opted for dinner at the hotel each night and lunch on our last day and were delighted by the quality of the Filipino style food cooked by Chef Melvin. The staff, Gloria and Ciarra, were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They organised massages for us and scooters to tour round the island ready for us at the hotel on our second day. This was a great way to see all the beaches and cathedral cove. The roads were really good to drive on. The hotel beach offered incredible snorkeling. Definitely recommend taking a few days to visit Carabao island and stay at this hotel if you can, for the ultimate in relaxation and an opportunity to explore an undiscovered island. I love how the staff remembered my coffee preference and the wide variety of breakfast offering. Leave room for croissants. Jennifer and Zhenn were great at keeping my room cleaned. If you ever use the spa Zeth was great. She helped ease the pain in my lower back. Location was a pleasant change from the crowds of station 2 and 3\. You practically had the beach to yourself at certain times of the day. I had a deluxe seaview room and i loved waking up to the view of the ocean. The staff was incredibly attentive and always available whenever I needed assistance. I especially enjoyed the breakfast at Savoy Cafe, which featured fresh fruits, a great variety of breads, and different dishes every morning. The Newcoast area is very convenient, offering a 7-Eleven, ATV tours, kayaking, and excellent dining like the local steakhouse. It's the perfect spot for sunrise views and poolside relaxation. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a quieter side of Boracay.
