(33 reviews) The front desk staff accommodated us with our requests when there was a slight miscommunication with our booking. The supervisor was very emphatetic with us and went out of his way to upgrade our room to a two queen bed and larger room because he felt we dessrved to have a more relaxing space after a long travel. In addition, all their staff from housekeeping, security, concierge, room attendants, front desk were very helpful and attentive to our needs all the time. The rooms are spotless, comfortable beds, with complimentary coffee and water which is really nice to have. My family will definitely be back in this hotel in the near future and highly recommend it. Oh and btw, it is located a few steps away from the most beautiful beach in the world!!!
