I thought I was getting a room with two double beds for three people. Allegria had us down for two people: two beach passes, two keys etc. This might have been the fault of Expedia, who booked the reservation. We could upgrade everything by paying cash, but it would have been nice to have this settled in advance.

We were not happy to find out that there was no bar (no license yet), no outside patio and the restaurant was very limited. Not as advertised.
On the plus, staff very friendly and the hotel is Very clean. Daily room service. Valet was convenient.

The only negative is there was an event one of our nights that went till midnight. It was very loud and hard to sleep.
The breakfast was excellent and the service was excellent!
