The rooms were okay, but the bathroom had a bad odor throughout our stay. On the positive side, the breakfast was really good. Most of the staff were okay, but unfortunately, the lady at the water park reception was rude and unhelpful. She would benefit from additional training on how to communicate with and treat guests professionally.

The lady at the front desk refused to speak russian but she insisted that we speak English.Unfortunately her English wasn't very well..
On the other hand younger gentleman who was checking me in was very kind spoke Russian,English and other languages.He made us feel like home
I would highly recommend for one of the ladies to work on her language skills and also on her hospitality skills. cheers

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Our room was very large and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was excellent. Close to the old town area and about 15 minutes walk from the train station.
We didn't use the pool or spa but it was available.
Nothing bad to say about this hotel. We would stay again.
