The cabin we stayed in was clean and well appointed with all amenities we needed, everything was in working order. The staff I encountered were all friendly and helpful, especially in the service centre, we arrived from our flight before the check in time but we were able to check in without too long a wait. There was a good choice of restaurants and a well stocked supermarket on site so we were able to have a mix of meals out and also in our holiday home The Aquadome was great fun, with a good variety of slides and the jacuzzi was nice and relaxing. There’s a charge at the end of the stay for electricity and water I felt it was a reasonable price. There’s a really useful free shuttle bus that runs throughout the day from the airport to various points in Billund including Lalandia. This was very handy to get to and from the airport. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We really liked the location and the staff on the front desk were really friendly and helpful. The coffee bar and cinnamon buns were delicious. The rooms were clean. The bathroom sink was appalling- no space for anything. The pictures on Expedia were deceptive- our room was certainly not anything like the room we were assigned.

Excellent location, very nice views. Staff extremely helpful and skilled. Breakfast room very small, air condition not working properly and very limited space outside. Also à la carte eggs would be great. However: Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at 71 Nyhavn. The hotel’s location is exceptional, situated in the heart of Copenhagen’s beautiful Nyhavn district and within easy walking distance of the city’s main attractions. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always willing to help, making us feel at home throughout our visit. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The restaurant is a true gem, and the breakfast was simply outstanding, far exceeding our expectations with its excellent quality, variety, and selection of fresh options. Overall, 71 Nyhavn is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Copenhagen. Its prime location, exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and remarkable breakfast make it a memorable place to stay. Highly recommended.

Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast great. Very busy when we visited so always seemed to be a queue at reception. Not enough pillows in rooms and no tea making facilities in the room. They say they have your back because you can buy hot drinks in reception or sign up to their membership program and pillows can be requested but we asked twice and there were none left. Gym was good and the hotel has a laundry room which is very useful 👍
