Positives: clean room, ample space, helpful staff, and a large property in a convenient location.
Negatives: despite having a staggering number of bars and restaurants, breakfast is unavailable after 10am, and all food and drink options end at 11pm. The pool does not permit guests with tattoos, and can only be reached by walking through the parking lot and past the dumpsters with no direct hotel access.
Overall, for the price, this was not a good value. I will be staying elsewhere on my next trip to Tokyo.

Great place for our family of 5. Convenient location to Disney and IKSPIARI mall. Only downfall was that outdoor pool was included, especially when we purchased the breakfast additionally each day too.
