Excellent breakfast and staff. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and big. English-accommodating. I didn’t use the spa so I can’t comment. Great area, quieter than other parts of Tokyo, with beautiful views and nearby malls. Shuttle to Disney included. Hotel attached to Daiba station; incredibly convenient. I researched a long time to find a hotel that met these needs and after staying, I can’t say enough good things! Thank you

The room was packed with all the amenities needed for a good stay and the yukata was sturdy and of good material. Overall I really enjoyed staying at the hotel as the SPA facilities which included a public bath was larger than expected with both indoors and outdoors pool. The only downside is the noise coming from outside even though we were on floor 21 however the staff provided free earplugs for everyone. Highly recommend this hotel and due to its location in the heart of Shinjuku, it’s hard to beat with the affordable price we paid.
