Loved the location. Staff was great in the front desk as well as the restaurant. Would recommend and would return again. Loved the breakfast buffet.

This hotel is in the center of everything and convenient to the train station. The rooms are a little small, but the reasonable price makes up for the lack of space. The Godzilla theme is cool too.

The rooms were large which is a rarity in Tokyo. There were lots of staff and they were helpful. Apart from expensive restaurant prices the room was fabulous.

Its location is very convenient, and I appreciate the self laundry facility and a 7-11 store onsite. The only thing that I didn’t like as much was the lack of plugs in the room for charging devices, and the room still felt a bit warm even with AC on in the summer.

Our stay at Four Seasons Tokyo at Marunouchi was exceptional from beginning to end. The hotel delivers true luxury, not just through its beautiful rooms and prime location, but through its people. The service was simply impeccable. Every interaction was met with genuine warmth, kindness, and an incredible attention to detail that made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. The concierge and front desk teams were outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and always eager to help. Whether it was restaurant recommendation's, transportation, or special requests, everything was handled effortlessly and with a smile. What impressed us most was that the hospitality never felt scripted. Every member of the team went above and beyond to anticipate our needs and make our stay seamless. It is clear that guest experience is deeply embedded in the culture of this hotel. We travel frequently and have stayed at many luxury properties around the world, and the service at Four Seasons Tokyo at Marunouchi ranks among the very best. We left feeling genuinely grateful for the experience and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended.

While we loved the location of the hotel we had some issues with feeling nickel and dimed with things that really should be reasonable. The coin laundry was outrageous (¥600 for a wash load and ¥200 for every 15 min of drying). The Buffett dinner was over ¥7000 per person, and there’s really only one take away option in the hotel other than that (which was great, by the way; it’s the little coffee shop on the lobby). Loved the Lawson and the hotel staff were incredible. But things like coin laundry should be more reasonable and there needs to be a less expensive option for food than a buffet dinner that is more than the Disney park tickets.
